We would departure from center at 8:00 and drive to Lingshui Village .It is also in Mentougou District, about 75 kilometers from downtown Beijing. The village is survived from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, lots of villagers achieved their fame as an official staff, about 22 scholars achieved the goals, in the Qing Emperor Daoguang's Reign two Scholars also achieved, hence the name of scholar¡¯s Village. If you view from the south range of the mountain, the Village resembles the shape of a turtle, the turtle is one of the "four of jinni" (Yee, the phoenix, dragon, turtle, was called together four jinni), means lucky and is also the symbol of longevity. In the afternoon, we would come back.
